You contact us directly via email or phone. We'll guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.


Q: Do I need to commit to a certain number of sessions?
No — sessions are flexible. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer ongoing support. We work together to find what fits your needs but usually suggest starting with 6 sessions before we re-contract.


Q: What's the difference between psychotherapy and health coaching?
A: Psychotherapy focuses on emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, and processing life challenges, while health coaching focuses on growth, healthy habits and practical steps toward lasting change. Many clients find that combining both creates a more holistic path to wellbeing.


Q: Are sessions in-person or online?
We offer both in-person sessions in Dublin and online sessions, making it flexible and convenient for your schedule. Each session lasts 50 minutes. 


Q: Is what I share confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential, except in cases where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by law.
